Peller lawsuit claims intensify as the content creator reveals a former bouncer is demanding ₦400m in damages after a tour incident

Nigerian content creator Peller has, on Monday, in a video shared on social media, expressed frustration over what he described as increasing legal challenges, revealing that a former member of his tour team is demanding ₦400 million in damages following an incident that occurred during one of his state tours.

Peller explained that the Peller lawsuit claims stem from an event in which a bouncer on his team reportedly fell from a moving vehicle during the tour.

According to him, the individual was promptly taken to the hospital, and all medical expenses were covered at the time.

The content creator stated that despite his efforts to ensure the injured staff member received immediate care, the matter has now escalated into a legal dispute.

He described the situation as overwhelming, suggesting that he has been facing multiple similar issues in recent times.

In his remarks, Peller questioned the motivation behind the damages claim, expressing concern over the scale of the demand.

He indicated that the situation has added to his growing list of legal pressures, which he says has left him increasingly fatigued.

The development highlights the challenges that can arise in managing tour operations within the entertainment industry, particularly where disputes involving staff welfare and liability evolve into formal legal actions.

While the matter remains unresolved, it continues to attract attention across social media platforms.

Peller’s comments reflect a broader concern about accountability and responsibility in professional engagements, as well as the legal complexities that may follow incidents occurring during public performances and tours.
