The Oyo State High Court in Ibadan, with visiting Justice E.O. The convictions were handed down by various justices, including Ladiran Akintola, O.A. Lajide, Bayo Taiwo, M.O. Ishola, and Justice E.O. Osinuga, following guilty pleas from the defendants.

Arraigned by the Ibadan Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) between February 23 and March 5, 2024, the convicted individuals faced separate charges related to internet fraud. Among them are Olajide Oluwadare Samuel, Emmanuel Victor Oluwasegun, Ajibola Najeeb Ayomide, and others.
