The growth agenda was emphasised as the organisation urged stakeholders across public and private sectors to move beyond ideas and focus on actionable solutions.
In a statement, the Partnership said the current global climate demands practical innovation, cross-border cooperation and measurable impact to address economic and developmental challenges.
The observance aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly in tackling inequality, climate change and inclusive economic growth.
NCSP noted that its ongoing engagements are designed to translate innovation into real sector outcomes, with focus on infrastructure, technology, manufacturing and the creative economy.
Director-General of NCSP, Joseph Olasunkanmi Tegbe, stressed that creativity must deliver tangible results.
He said innovation should go beyond ideation and lead to solutions that create opportunities, empower citizens and strengthen bilateral ties.
Joseph Olasunkanmi Tegbe added that structured collaboration between Nigeria and China presents transformative opportunities, especially where local talent meets advanced technology.
He described the Partnership’s role as building bridges that unlock growth across sectors and expand the country’s global competitiveness.
The organisation also highlighted the growing importance of the creative economy in job creation, enterprise development and cultural exchange, particularly for Nigeria’s youthful population.
NCSP said its programmes are focused on talent development, entrepreneurship and strengthening international partnerships to maximise these opportunities.
