The confirmation positions Braimah to assume office as District Governor for the 2028–2029 Rotary year, where he will oversee more than 86 Rotary clubs and over 2,300 Rotarians spread across parts of Lagos and Ogun states.

The announcement formed one of the major highlights of the conference, which gathered Rotarians, community leaders and stakeholders from across the district for strategic discussions on humanitarian service, leadership and community development.

The Ehi Braimah Rotary leadership emergence has attracted attention within media and public relations circles due to his longstanding involvement in communication, civic engagement and Rotary activities.

Rotary members at the conference described the appointment as a powerful recognition of Braimah’s leadership experience, communication expertise and commitment to humanitarian service.

As District Governor for the 2028–2029 Rotary year, Braimah will be expected to coordinate programmes focused on community development, education, healthcare, youth empowerment and humanitarian interventions across District 9112.

The Ehi Braimah Rotary leadership role also reflects the increasing influence of Nigerian professionals within international civic and humanitarian organisations.
