The footage circulating online shows participants assembling in large numbers while voicing demands for stronger government action against banditry, kidnapping and other security challenges.

Some social media posts linked the demonstration to activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, and the Ratel Movement, though these claims have not been independently confirmed.

The size and coordination of the protest appear to vary across different clips shared online, as reactions continue to spread on social media platforms.

Authorities have yet to issue an official statement regarding the development at the time of this report.
