Adron Homes unveils its 2026 strategy at the National Business Convention, focusing on innovation, leadership, and sustainable growth in Nigeria’s real estate sector

Adron Homes has launched its 2026 National Business Convention under the theme “Breaking New Grounds, Beyond and Above 2.0,” setting a strategic direction for innovation, expansion, and leadership in Nigeria’s real estate sector.

The convention opened with a keynote address by Chairman and Group CEO, Sir Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, who urged executives and managers to sustain excellence, embrace innovation, and drive sustainable growth as the company strengthens its nationwide footprint.

Bringing together top executives, directors, and managers, the event served as a platform for strategic alignment, performance reviews, and planning for the 2026 business year.

Executive Vice Chairman, Olori Aderonke Emmanuelking, presented the company’s 2026 budget framework, highlighting key growth priorities, operational benchmarks, and financial expectations aimed at improving efficiency and long-term value creation.

Directors from various units also showcased proposals for expansion, operational optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration to surpass prior performance milestones.

Participants described the sessions as energising and insightful, noting their role in reinforcing leadership engagement and a unified growth vision across the organisation.

The convention also featured strategic training sessions led by senior executives to enhance leadership capacity, operational effectiveness, and organisational readiness for the year ahead.
