Adesua Etomi sci-fi animation role revealed as she leads voice cast of Secrets of the Multiverse, a Nigerian animated series debuting in 2026.

The series, produced by Hot Ticket Productions, follows the story of two children who accidentally enter a multiverse and are forced to confront a series of challenges that test their courage, intelligence, and moral judgement in a high-stakes narrative filled with adventure and suspense.

Adesua Etomi will voice the character Iyabo, one of the central figures in the storyline, in what producers describe as a pivotal role anchoring the emotional core of the series.

The production also features other notable voice talents, including Jessica Edwards, Akorede Bobo, Korede Lawal, Fiyin Asenuga, Maryam Ibrahim Yarkasa, and Emmanuella Amidu, who also serves as the screenplay writer.

Executive producer Blessing Amidu described the project as a compelling blend of adventure and moral storytelling, noting that the narrative pushes characters into an “extinction-level” crisis where survival is tied closely to ethical decisions and responsibility.

The Adesua Etomi sci-fi animation project is a 13-episode series and serves as a spin-off from the acclaimed animated feature Lady Buckit & the Motley Mopsters, a production that previously gained international recognition and multiple awards at the Africa Movie Academy Awards.

The series was co-directed by Adebisi Adetayo and Hollywood animation veteran Robert Sledge, combining Nigerian storytelling traditions with global production expertise to deliver a polished and ambitious visual experience aimed at international audiences.
