Osimhen will arrive in Istanbul on Monday for a routine medical and contract signing, followed by an official unveiling at Galatasaray’s home stadium in front of an expected large crowd.
The €75 million fee will be structured in phases: an initial €40 million will be paid immediately, with the remaining balance split into two installments next year, secured by bank guarantees.

The deal also includes notable clauses. Napoli will receive 10% of any future transfer fee if Osimhen is sold again before 2027.
In addition, Galatasaray is prohibited from transferring him to another Italian club for the next two years. Breaching this clause would trigger a hefty €30 million penalty.
