Nigerian influencer Verydarkman alleges threats to his life involving Seyi Tinubu and content creator King Mitchy amid an escalating online dispute
Popular Nigerian social media influencer and critic, Martins Vincent Otse, widely known as Verydarkman, has alleged that his life is under threat, accusing Seyi Tinubu of involvement.

The allegation was made on Friday in a viral video posted on Instagram, amid an escalating online dispute between the influencer and content creator King Mitchy.
The controversy follows a public disagreement linked to charity donations and accountability claims. Reports indicate that King Mitchy recently renovated a public school within six days with financial backing attributed to Seyi Tinubu, prompting exchanges with Verydarkman over transparency surrounding public donations she allegedly received since 2025.
In reaction, Verydarkman accused Seyi Tinubu of sponsoring the charity initiative and subsequently claimed that both Tinubu and King Mitchy had issued threats against him.
In the video, the influencer called on Nigerians to hold the two individuals responsible should any harm come to him, alleging that conversations and messages exchanged between parties suggested rising tensions.
He also expressed fears about his personal safety, stating that he felt unsafe amid the dispute.
As of the time of filing this report, neither Seyi Tinubu nor King Mitchy had publicly responded to the allegations. No official complaint or confirmation from law enforcement authorities had been announced.
