Prime Boy criticises Mohbad's father

Prime Boy criticises Mohbad’s father for delaying burial and allegedly misusing donations as late singer’s body remains in morgue amid media appearances

Nigerian artist and former associate of the late singer Mohbad, known as Prime Boy, has openly criticised Mohbad’s father, Mr. Aloba, accusing him of prioritising fame and financial gain over justice and a proper burial for his son.

During a fiery TikTok live session, Prime Boy criticised Mohbad’s father, alleging that the singer’s remains are still in a morgue while his father appears on movie sets and in various media engagements.

“You didn’t buy a good coffin for Mohbad. He is still lying cold in the morgue. The Dad is busy going to different movie locations enjoying himself,” Prime Boy said.

“If you already know what killed your son, tell us so we can stop stressing ourselves. This is wickedness.”

He further questioned the transparency surrounding donations, claiming that over a million dollars had been raised through several GoFundMe campaigns allegedly initiated by Mr. Aloba.

Prime Boy suggested that the funds, meant to support the pursuit of justice or Mohbad’s family, may not have been used appropriately.

While the controversy continues to grow, public sentiment remains divided. Some supporters demand accountability and a proper burial, while others call for calm until the results of ongoing investigations are made public.
