According to Portable, the duo’s music is no longer marketable, which is why they resort to using beef as a promotional strategy.
The ‘Zazu’ crooner urged them to stop tearing each other down for promotion purposes, stating that their ongoing social media war does not involve him.
He emphasised that he stands alone and is not aligned with either artist in their feud.
In a post shared on his Instagram story, Portable wrote, “Don’t use your brother to shine, shine yourself. Una songs no dey market again, na fight una dey use do promotion.”
He also asserted his own significance in the industry, stating, “Portable is bigger than them. Who is big is big.”
Portable’s comments come after Wizkid launched a series of social media attacks on Davido, labelling him as “wack” and talentless. Despite the harsh words, Davido has yet to respond publicly.
