During a press briefing on July 14, EXMAN President Tolulope Medebem emphasised the importance of industry collaboration, data-led strategy, and human-centred innovation.
This year’s summit theme, “Personalisation at Scale: From Insight to Impact in a Data-Driven Immersive World,” explores key challenges in scaling intimacy, embracing data without losing human authenticity, and navigating AI’s influence on marketing.
“This is the time to have this conversation,” Medebem noted.
“How do we scale without sacrificing authenticity? How do we leverage data without erasing the human?”
Lagos Business School will present industry-backed consumer insight research led by Professor Uzor.
Keynotes will be delivered by Victoria Ajayi of TBC Communications on AI and consumer experience, and Fatim Odu of OpenSquares Africa on data-driven storytelling.
A robust panel will also explore the intersection of creativity, data, and consumer behaviour.
Breakout sessions will include topics such as data personalisation, privacy, and AI’s blend with physical brand experiences.
The EXMAN Awards, held biennially, will showcase over 111 entries; ten of which are data, led campaigns, a sharp rise from previous years.
Beyond celebration, the AGM will induct new agency members and promote healthy competition within EXMAN’s 60-member network.
