Her latest project, Am I The Drama?, entered at the top spot with 200,000 equivalent album units in its first week, Billboard confirmed on Sunday.
The milestone follows her debut record, Invasion of Privacy (2018), which also launched at number one.
According to Billboard, the new album marks the biggest week of 2025 for a female hip-hop or R&B project, powered by streaming strength and physical sales boosted by vinyl and CD variants.
Beyond topping the charts, Cardi B also claimed a Guinness World Record on 19 September 2025.
Partnering with Walmart, Wing Drone Delivery and Atlantic Records, she set the record for the most drone deliveries in one hour by distributing 176 signed copies of Am I The Drama? across the Dallas–Fort Worth area in Texas.
Guinness confirmed the achievement, calling it a landmark in music marketing. It is the first time an artist has tied a world record to an album rollout using drone technology.
Reflecting on the moment, Cardi B described the drone deliveries as “a special moment for my fans and a crazy new way to drop music.”
