Adewale Tinubu has been named MIPAD Man of the Year 2025 in New York, recognised for his leadership, African excellence and global influence

The award was officially presented on Friday, 26th September 2025, in New York, marking another milestone in Tinubu’s storied career.

Widely celebrated for his contributions to African excellence and leadership, Tinubu described the recognition as both an honour and a responsibility.

He emphasised that achievements of this nature are not merely personal victories but also reminders of the duty to inspire the next generation.

“This recognition is a reminder of the power of African excellence and the responsibility we carry to uplift and inspire,” Tinubu remarked.

“We must all strive to build legacies that empower others and endure the test of time.”

The MIPAD Man of the Year Award is presented annually to leaders who have demonstrated outstanding vision, influence and commitment to Africa and its global diaspora.

Tinubu’s acknowledgment highlights his enduring impact in fostering growth, opportunity and inspiration across the continent.
